📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Domestic Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–15 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carrier services)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs clearance.

💲 Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $99.

Orders under $99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Express shipping and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

All shipping charges (including handling, delivery, and logistics fees) are displayed at checkout before payment.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

Domestic: United States (all 50 states)

International: Canada, UK, Australia, and select countries in Europe

If your location does not appear at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship there at this time.

⚠️ Important Information

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
