At Home Essential Source, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent.
✅ Standard Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Returns are free of charge.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges/Replacement
We do offer direct exchanges within 90 Days. If you need a purchase replaced with the same size, style, or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
📦 How to Start a Return
Email our support team at contact@homeessentialsource.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
